We start with a free analysis call covering audience, goals and existing measures. You then receive a written concept with a clear price. After your go-ahead we go live within 10–14 days. Monthly reports and a call every 4 weeks keep you in the loop.
The monthly fee includes campaign management, continuous optimisation, A/B testing of ads and landing pages, reporting, technical maintenance, GDPR compliance checks, and strategic advice. Additional creative work (photos, video) is transparently quoted separately.
No. Our retainers are cancellable monthly. We believe in keeping clients through results, not clauses. Exceptions apply only to projects with heavy upfront work (e.g. large website relaunches) where we agree a minimum term.
All advertising accounts (Google Ads, Meta) run under your name — you retain full rights and access. Conversion data, creatives and keyword lists are handed over in full on request. You are never dependent on us.
Yes. We use only GDPR-compliant tools, set up consent management correctly and document all processing activities. A data processing agreement (DPA) is standard with every contract.
